Looking for a silent install for revit extensions 2010
Looking for a silent install for revit extensions 2010. These executable are made through install shield and i tried to create setup.iss files for them but they do not get generated. What are the other options i have to do an silent install ? Some of the extensions I am trying to deploy are Batch Print for autodesk Revit 2010 , Globelink for revit 2010 and workshare monitor revit 2010. Any suggestions ?

are you sure there isn't an msi extracted from the exe?
look in your %temp% folder when it's running

It does generate a msi but that msi does not install the application.
If an msi is generated by the insatll shield , in that cases setup.iss is not generated ? Is that the case ?

What does it do? The decorating? Have you examined the MSI to see?
setup.iss is not generatedWhy not go icompletely mad and Google 'InstallShield generate ISS' or something similar?
