LockPermissions Table Problems and Workarounds

Hi everyone.

I recently wrote a blog entry on this topic and thought I would share it with you in hopes that it may help you save some time. I know when I first encountered this problem it took some time to work out.

Agreed,

SetACL is the only tool that can set permissions on almost every object (I think its missing DCOM) that supports a security descriptor. None of the Microsoft tools will allow you to do this from a command line. When is Microsoft going to correct this stupid issue?!
