Link Custom Field
I am trying to determine how the link custom field works in the K1000. I am trying to simply create a hyperlink that is clickable inside the ticket. However, when I create a custom field using the Link option it just displays the URL in the ticket. Can a custom field not be created that will display a clickable hyperlink? If not, please add this feature. If so, please help me understand how to do this as there is very little info on this topic in the manual.
