I found this. Hope it helps.
To install without screens popping up, please use:
SETUP.EXE /S /v/qn
and the system will automatically reboot at the end. To keep the system from rebooting, use:
SETUP.EXE /S /v/qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress

I have tried with the quotations mentioned in the readme and without.
Secondly I would like to have it not manage the LAN ... that says to use the /v ... would this work ?
