Whenever I try to access the label management for all labels, my KACE1000 stops responding and the page never loads. At this point the administrator portal never comes back. The only way to regain control of the admin portal is to log into the non-administrative portal, and log back out. Once I do this, if i return to the administrator portal I am again prompted to login.

This is a new KACE1000 with only a handful of managed installs, 3 labels, and 2 smart labels. I have 102 computers with deployed agents, but I am not administering any updates yet. This label situations is preventing from doing that. Has anyone encountered this before?

have you tried to use another browser to see if the behaviour is consistent?

If you're using IE9 try Firefox or Chrome: maybe you found a browser related issue.

If this is not the case it may be something else and I really advise you to contact the support so they can investigate better the issue.

What version of the appliance are you running? 5.3.53053 or 5.4?

If I had to guess I would say ldap labels with an unreachable server. I would start there
