With the redesign of the User Console Home Page in 6.4, I'm loving the Knowledge Base widget on the front page.  My question is, how does it pull the "Popular Articles"?  I would like to use this space to sort of "pin" some KBs for the users.

You cannot they are pulled from ITNinja.  That is a good request for the user voice if it is not already there.

  • Those are not the ones I'm talking about. :) I'm talking about the new User Console KB widget, that pulls from the local KB articles. Right below where the user can search the local knowledge base from the main page.
    • you can only turn those on or off you cannot control the content of the kb they see. Users only need read rights and a background process picks the articles by views and votes
