KACE ticket creation via email
How would I go about having KACE create a new ticket in the system from an email?
We have mobile devices we use for game development and we have a kiosk with bins and bar codes. We would have a user check out an item by scanning his employee pass and then the device. This would assign the device to him/her untill it is returned.
Here is what I want to acheive: I would like the system to send an email on the events of check out and check in. I want this email to go to KACE servicedesk and have a ticket created to update the inventory. Is this possible using the format below?
