KACE Reporting: count of tickets between certain hours
Good morning,
I'd like to make a report for the number of tickets created between a certain time (in this case when IT is off-hours - so between 4PM and 12AM daily). I haven't been able to figure out how to make such a report work properly. My preference would be for the report to output this by month and year but a total count would be fine. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
