Kace Kbox 1000 Getting failed to connect...no route to host when trying to get Windows updates
some of my windows updates are not downloading. In the log the error is
Failed to connect to 2001:418:2401:a::a5fe:770a: No route to host.

We are experiencing the exact same issue, unable to get windows patches. We do not use IPv6 yet the log shows the same error as above. - jaydenrussell 10 years ago

The first thing that stands out to me is the IPV6 address, and to my knowledge I didn't think the K1000 supported IPV6. I would contact KACE support. You should hear back from them rather quick since your production appliance isn't working.
