Is there any way to control the default order that the helpdesk displays Tickets in for a set Queue?

Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.


I don't know of a way, but I'd like to hear if anyone has figured it out.

Change the default, no. However, you can create custom views and bookmark them. This is how I enter the KBOX to work the queues. The following example will sort by priority, then due date, then creation time/date.


I believe there is a KB article on Dell KACE's website about this.
