Quick Question, is anyone else out there using the KACE GO App to scan serial numbers or Service Tags from HP and Dell kit from the barcodes on the devices??

Follow up question if not, is it because you cant get the GO APP to scan them??

Yes I know how this looks, the Asset BarKode bloke setting up the GO App to fail, but I have a customer that can't read any serials on the barcode scanner of the GO App and I cant find anything in the Quest documentation that says what formats are compatible with the scanning function.
