I'm trying to figure out if KACE has an API which we could use so that data on an asset can be pushed to a 3rd party ticketing system, in this case ServiceNow. Might anyone be able to assist?

you should be able to configure servicenow to connect to the databases if it can use a MySQL ODBC driver with it.

I think about as close you might get is either using the read only ODBC connection for the database or export the asset records.
