You must install 6.0 Auto-Upgrade hotfix

This is official KACE KB:

https://support.software.dell.com/k1000/kb/125760

I hope this will help

Cheers

  • More of a question...How do I know when the hotfix has completed? This is my first K1000 upgrade. - lizjohn08 9 years ago
    • During upgrade or patch installation you will have update / install log on screen instead of K1000 GUI. At the end you will get message - completad.

The above answer is correct in that you will need to download the upgrade file and apply it manually.

If you are interested, there is a free KKE session this Thursday 7/31 on how to upgrade your K1000 to 6.0.  You can register at www.kace.com/kke if you want to attend.
