Kace 2000 appliance cannot validate license
Hi,
We've installed the Kace 2000 appliance a few weeks ago and wanted to test it. Somehow, the appliance doesn't pass the last test, in which it tests the network connectivity. Can i get some help in this?

I have the same problem. Under Network Connectivity I have the msg :
The KBOX needs be on the network to validate the license.
then a question mark and besides it : To be tested
Tried to change IP address in the console (konfig) I have no proxy, the K1000 appliance is working fine.

My bad, I put a wrond number in the IP address of the gateway :-( after that, everything ok...
