K3000 - 'Error: 'email' field has not been set
Hi guys, I have created a profile in which I configured only the Exchange ActiveSync. There I typed the ActiveSync host and I checked the SSL checkbox. I saved the profile and since then I am trying to install it to a device and I always get this error message:
There was an error installing the profile.
--- Error - Batch cmd: '/devices/8/install_profile?prof_id=18&signed=false'. Device id '8' Msg: 'Error: 'email' field has not been set in the 'devices' DB table. Profile install cancelled.'
Do you have any idea what may causes this?
