Has anyone started to play with K3000 yet? Any good tips or hints which you might have.

Needed some help on importing Apple configuration file onto K3000 but failed.

Sorry for the comments!

Are you generating the configuration file on the Apple device and then you import via the webUI? Please let us know what error you are getting?

  • I am getting "invalid configuration profile XML" when importing via WebUI. Any ideas? I manage to export the profile from K3000 into iPhone Configuration utilty?

Do you have any ideas on how to add devices within K3000?

Haven't yet as I believe GA isn't out. This might be something that support needs to know about if you bought the early release.

Sounds like the XML does not get parsed properly or it was created wrongly. Did you generate the profile with the iPhone Config Utility and import it then? You use the iPhone Utility and import it to the webUI. However, when you enroll your device you should also get delivered the profiles to the webUI.

If there are any further questions you should open a support ticket. Support is currently evaluating issues in the current version / beta.
