K2000 Popup messages during deployments - How to stop them?

It is a System Image that I captured (after creating a Windows 10 golden image installing updates, and any core software to), and I have "Task Error Handling" set to "Continue on Errors" enabled.

During the OS deployment, the client will have lots of pop up messages showing the service tag, the hostname and other bits and pieces of information that must be clicked OK in order to continue.

Is there anywhere else this could be set that is causing this problem?

I can't find the setting anywhere to stop this!

Any ideas?

  • Can you give some details of what is being deployed and what the pop-up message says? What OS is being deployed and what WINPE KBE (3,5,10) is being used? - TheAustinDave 7 years ago
  • Hello,

Ok, sorry, I guess I need to provide more information.
It is a System Image, and I have "Task Error Handling" set to "Continue on Errors" already enabled.

If it's a Scripted Install, go to its Detail page and look for the dropdown under the heading "Task Error Handling" and change it to "Continue on errors"

  • Sorry, I already have that set (and it is a captured system image I am deploying not a scripted installation) - Vivalo 7 years ago
