The sync progress for one of my extenders has been stuck in "Building File List" for the last 6 or so hours. I aborted they sync and tried again. It got to the same point and seems to be stuck again. What could be causing this? Has anybody seen this before?

Update:
Rebooted both the Extender and the K2. Started sync again and it is showing the same status.

I would call in to support to get a tether, this is something we can fix on the backend.
