This is for anyone using the latest update for the K1000.  I would like to see if the following have been "fixed" in 6.0 release or latest patches.

  1. If the service tech responds to a case and adds an attachment (either through email or the web interface) does the K1000 email the attachment to the end user as well or does it still only email the text for the response?
  2. If someone emails in a new case or responds to an open case and CCs someone, do they get added to the CC list?
