Hi,

Has anyone experienced issues with patching to Windows 7 Enterprise machines using the K1000 V6?

Whenever we try to patch a machine which has a user logged on we see the following error:


On a machine without a user logged on it works and the following appears:


Is there a workaround or patch for this issue?

This is the schedule we are using.

  • I haven't seen this issue on our machines. It might be worth contacting technical support.
  • Are your disks full? I had this error the other day and it was due to full disks. That affected all targets though, not a specific OS.
