Hello,

I have had it a few times lately where KACE Service Desk will stop receiving emails.  We currently run on a Domino environment.  All of that does seem to be running fine though.  The logs are showing that KACE is checking the mailbox.  It sends out emails just fine, but it doesn't receive them, until the K1000 is rebooted.  This is the second time in about a week or so that this has happened.  

I have contacted support about this, but I was wondering if anyone has had issues and what they did to solve it.  I am on the current 6.3 version with all of the latest patches.

  • After working with KACE support, I turned off the POP3 setting in System, and had the emails forwarded from Domino to the Email address on the KBox.
