K1000 service desk customization
Running on Kace k1000 5.4sp1
I have problems with K1000 Service Desk customization where i want to create a custom field with the field type set to User.
The problem is that if I create the custom field as above, the problem at the USER end will be
After i change the custom field permission to user modify, i can get a better output which is
this is okay for the end user but when it comes to User who approve tickets, i will have the same problem on the Approving side
