I'm having an issue with this appliance, where it randomly, or even if i make some minor changes, it will display "page cannot be displayed" and have to wait around 15 minutes for it to come back online. I'm new to dell appliances, so if anyone has any info on it please share. Thanks!

What agent/server version are you running? I found that if you run appliance 5.3.5 with the agent 5.1 it causes the appliance to become unresponsive during random times. I'd also check your load, are too many machines checking in at the same time.  Look at your settings at the average load and logs files for traffic patterns.

  • They just upgraded our k1000 to 5.3.5 and most of the clients are 5.1, how bad is coma problem with that combination?

I would contact tech support so they can put a tether on it and see what is going wrong.
