K1000 "missing" some pages
We currently have a K1000 appliance in our environment. As of a week or two ago, I've been unable to successfully use the appliance. It seems that some of the pages in the admin console "freeze" when accessed, giving the appearance that the appliance is frozen. These pages include:
- Home (freezes without resolving to page)
- Inventory (Tabs are accessible but show a blank page)
- Asset (Tabs are accessible but show a blank page)
- Help Desk (HTTP 500 error)
Most of the other tabs populate perfectly fine, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Any suggestions?
