Here is the scenario. I have access to several different queues. Some I work as backup when people are not here. No one puts a due date on the ticket except in the comment section.

I am wondering if a due date is used can I then pull a calender up and see a months view, a weeks view etc?

And if so can that be ported to Outlook or Google calendar?

Any additional info on this would be helpful. Thanks -

This functionality is not included in the appliance but you could suggest it in the User Voice forum. If you have programming skills then you could also build an interface that did this using the reporting user to connect to the database.
