I've removed mcaffee and all firewalls, i've installed the agent locally, i've run the kbot updates the computer does not check in?

Has anyone experienced this?

i'm running the kbot with -s 4 0

I've looked at https://support.software.dell.com/kb/123963

Here are the results from the k1000..

This is for a windows 7 machine.

If K1000 Agent is already installed try running amptools to reset you configuration

c:\program files(x86)\dell\kace\amptools.exe resetconf HOST=YOURK1000.DOMAIN

Host should be the IP or FQDN of your K1000.

If you are trying to update the agent run kbot with "5 0" instead of "-s 4 0"
