k1000 copy file to directory

I just want to copy and overwrite 1 file to a directory on my computers.
There are many ways to do it and I haven't been able to be successful on any of them.
Can someone steer me in the right direction and as a newbie a step by step.

Thanks

You should use file sync under distribution that way it will make sure that file is the one you want it to be. Not a newer or older version.

if you want to use a script.  upload the file as a dependency

/c xcopy $(KACE_DEPENDENCY_DIR)\features.txt c:\ /q /y
