K1000 Agentless on network printers

Hello,

I saw a couple places that you can now inventory printers and it will show toner levels.  This would be nice to have one area do all instead of using spiceworks or Jetadmin just to check toner levels.  I was able to get the agentless agent to connect to my printer did a full walk and got details back.  My question is how do you configure it to show percentage if possible?  I know that for computers it will show a percentage for hard drive is there a way to do this with toner as well?  Has anyone even tried bothering with trying out printers?

Another thing I have noticed is you have very limited Category and Property's under SNMP Inventory Config.  Is there a way to add more?

Thank you

Retrieving the printer cartridge level information would depend if your particular printer has a OID for this information. For example like this Dell printer listed here. http://www.itninja.com/blog/view/snmp-oids-for-dell-2145cn-printer
You may have to check with your printer vendor for OID information.

I don't remember, but this video may have a printer example.
