K1000 5.5 GA Service Desk SLOW
Anyone have suggestions for this issue?
After the upgrade to v5.5.90545 when clicking Service desk it takes between 4 and 6 seconds to load the default queue. Prior to the upgrade it loaded upon clicking. Other areas respond fine.
Every time any view of the queue is accessed it takes 4 - 6 seconds. i.e. if I edit a ticket and press save and list, change my view, assign a ticket via the actions drop down. This across all my ticket owners, various vLANS and also WAN access.
To confirm this was not a network issue I tested from one VM to another on the same host, same network and experienced the same 4-6 second lag.
