Software Deployment

Hello,

I´ve done every single step of the Tutorials:
http://itninja.com/link/silent-installation

I unpacked the .exe with /a (administrative install)
and distributed the file with GPO over Active Directory.

Please notice, that I want to distribute the SDK, not the JRE.
My problem:

With or without a transform the SDK installs correctly, but
I have no JAVA_HOME/CLASSPATH defined.
That means I can not access "java.exe", "javac.exe" under console.
I´ve set up "ALLUSERS=1".

I have no errors in the logs. Any ideas?
