Issues with Patching

We have just started utilizing Kace to deploy patches on our systems. There are a few systems that are producing a Fail 80 error. In Patch Management it is showing that these patches have a Deploy Status of Successful(102) but Detect Status NOTPATCHED.

Can anyone give me any insight as to why the patches are deploying successfully, but not patching - and what the Fail80 error indicates?

Thank you,
Tiana

Tmeyers,

Sucessful(102) means a reboot is required.

Failed(80) is a Error in Patch deploy script.

You can use this query to lookup the error codes

SELECT *
FROM KBSYS.PATCHLINK_ERROR_CODE P

Hi,

You may also want to have this available for any other codes that come up.
