  • I tried your recommendation but I still failed. I am not sure exactly what I am doing wrong. I will upload a screenshot of the error
  • This is the error I receive.

    Running as: SYSTEM
Checking if registry 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Kace\MSIWizard\6117' value 'MSIConfigHash' is equal to '1124202530' did not succeed: (2)
    Adobe Photoshop CS5 FAILED to install with C:\Windows\System32\msiexec.exe /norestart /i AdobePhotoshopCS5.msi /qn
    Activity Log
Checking if registry 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Kace\MSIWizard\6117' value 'MSIConfigHash' is equal to '1124202530'
Checking if registry 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Kace\MSIWizard\6117' value 'MSIConfigHash' is equal to '1124202530'
  • take out the /norestart and see if that works
  • Is the OS 32 or 64bit?
  • 64bit
