I have had occassions in my existing help desk ticketing system where people will cut and paste and error message into the problem ticket. I want that same capability in the new Kace system that we are planning to use to replace the old system.

KACE can't do that yet. They will need to cut and paste messages into a file and save that fine into KACE.
