Inventory over multiple subnets | K1000
G'day,
Recently bought and setup the k1000 system are looking to add computers to the inventory and assests. We have deployed the KACE Client to all machines via group policy.
The problem we face is that machines NOT on the same subnet as the K1000 are not talking to the server. Currently all our wireless clients are on the 255.255.254.0 subnet and wired (including the KACE system) on 255.255.240.0. All clients on the 255.255.240.0 are talking and the others are not.

The KBOX doesn't have any configuration available to add subnets. You will likely have to setup your routing to add ACLs so they can talk to each other.
