We're looking at choosing intuit's Track-it enterprise as a standard for our helpdesk solution. They've been pushing their application deployment portion, deploy-it, hard but I'm very leary about it. Does anyone have any war stories or success stories concerning this product? I already know writing packages in it eliminates the ability to deploy them through GPO which I already don't like, especially if it turns out being a component we dont want to use anymore 2 years from now. any help would be greatly welcomed and appreciated.

additionally, and off topic, if any of you have scouted for an enterprise helpdesk solution, and so long as its not Kemma software's bridgetrak, I'd love to hear some suggestions.

Since Track-It! Deploy is actually Prism Deploy, we purchased from the creator of the product (New Boundary). The price comparison was very close but the support from New Boundary was superb. Most of our questions to Track-It could not be answered and I have a feeling they probably went back to New Boundary to get the answer. [;)]
