Software Deployment

Hi,

I have been tasked with creating a silent installation package for Snap Survey's 9 Professional. The isntaller executable has been created by Installsheild so i was hoping it would be simply a case of creating a setup.iss answer file and then running the executable with the -s switch, however this has not worked. I created a setup.iss file by using the -r switch on the setup.exe and ran through the install. After i had finished i then moved this setup.iss file into the folder containing the setup.exe and tested a silent install on a test machine. I had task manager open and the setup.exe appeared for a few seconds before disapearing again, and nothing was isntalled. On checking the setup.log it contained the following...

Now i know that result code 3 indicates that something is not correct in the setup.iss, but i can't see how this can be as i went through the process of creating a new setup.iss file from scratch which should contain all the correct answers for each dialog box etc??
