I've successfully created an installation of the Office 2007 Professional suite (using Wise Package Studio, for eventual deployment via SMS). Now I'm wondering if it's possible to build a custom installation that only installs individual apps. A few users in our environment just use Outlook, while a few others only use Outlook, Access, and Excel.

I've created .msp files and config.xml files for each app, but when I try installing, say, Access and Excel from the command line, whichever I install first will install just fine, but the 2nd command appears to start up but then quits right away, so I'm wondering if this scenario is even possible.
