Ignore or Delete Last User / User Name w/K1000

I am asking the IT Ninja community for help on solving this problem: we have divisions in Europe with stricter privacy requirements by which there are restrictions on potentially tracking user activity (which IT never did in any division, regardless of location - just to be clear!). In order to accommodate the requirements, IT was asked not to capture in KACE the user name and the IP address associated with the computer (only for these divisions; the respective user accounts and computers are in their own AD OU-s). This would apply to the Computer Inventory, Software and Metering functionality.

If this is not possible, is there a way to setup an automatic background server job to remove (say, on an hourly basis) the user names form the database for the respective divisions / OU-s?

Thank you.
