IE Zero Day exploit patching

The patch is showing as disabled and does not match any of the platforms. Not sure why but It should have been downloaded and available. It should be in my critical smart lable. What am I missing or doing wrong?

Thank you,

I have created a schedule and smart patch to install the new patch -  Internet Explorer Zero-Day Exploit. The patch is running against two computers and it is taking over an hour. The patch phase is stuck at downloading.

i am ready to use another product as I am losing my confidence with this buggy product

As per http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=2964358#top

It says

Known issues with this security update

  • Internet Explorer will crash if you try to install this security update on a Windows 7-based systemthat does not already have security update 2929437 installed. To avoid this issue, take either of the following actions:
    • Install security update 2929437, and then install security update 2964358. For more information about security update 2929437, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
2929437 Description of the security update for Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2: April 8, 2014
    • Install security update 2964444 instead of security update 2964358. Security update 2964444 is intended for systems that do not have security update 2929437 installed.

We have Window 7 x64 and IE 8 in around 309 pcs. But as per above quote 2929437 has to be installed first then the patch. 2929437 is only availble for IE 11 on Windows 7. Not user what to do.
