If you are assuming that when a server is out of support it is end of life, then you have a number of options.

if they are Dell servers the support and maintenance details I’ll be within inventory on your SMA.

So why not build a smart label that has the criteria of chassis type server and when maintenance is valid the server will be a member of the label.

That way if a server is out of support it can be found in the label.

If that doesn’t work for you take the SQL from the smart label and use it in a report or for an alert, your choice.

If it is a non supported warranty look up you can add a filed in the asset type and manually add a date when you provision the server with any other data you may require for reporting.
