How to query the sql data from kace 1000 server?

I want to select data from kace 1000 server,How to query the sql data from kace 1000 server?

but i telnet k1000server  3306 this the mysql port ,but  echo this "Connecting To k1000server...Could not open connection to the host, on port 3306: Connect failed"

  • I also have the same problem. I have all setting turned on but still cannot telnet to port 3306. I stood up a test box on the same network and can telnet to it just fine. I restored the backup of prod system to the test and now the test will not respond to telnet either. Dell has no answers for me. - kgeesaman 7 years ago

You first need to make sure that the reporting user is enabled:
Click Settings, Security Settings and make sure the box for Enable Database Access is checked

The default password to connect should be box747. If you would like to change that the option is in General Settings.

Next, use a tool like MySQL Workbench to connect to the appliance. The user to connect with is R1 for the ORG1 database.
