i am trying to deploy GP10 SP5 silent but i cannot get the right command syntax correct.
the install is called: MicrosoftDynamicsGP-KB975705-v10-ENU.exe

Microsoft is usually pretty good about install switches.
What happens if you run the executable with a "/?"
Do you get any help?

thats what i was thinking but it doesnt give me any options. the GP10 SP5 file is called: MicrosoftDynamicsGP-KB975705-v10-ENU.exe
which includes when extracted:
MicrosoftDynamicsGP-KB975705-v10-ENU.msp
and
VC2005Redist.msi (an update to visual c++ 2005) - antmar9041 12 years ago
