How to create a new folder while creating quick patch in installsheild

Dear Friends,

    I have created the quick patch for existing software.files i can update it but if i have to update a files in one new folder i Can't....I tried to create a new folder i'm unable to crewat it.please help me how to create a new folder in quickpatch.
