Software Deployment

Hello, everyone.

I have problem on my installation of office language pack. I installed the application correctly but some of the language didn't change. 

An instance is in the outlook. I have portuguese language pack but upon installation of OS and Office MUI of japanese the other language didn't turn into japanese. E.g the Inbox, sent items and etc.

I check the switch outlook.exe /resetfoldernames but it will prompt the outlook to open may I know if we there's another way to resolve it?
