I cant seem to determine how to configure the Due_Date to be manually set by the Owner (not user).  Under 'Layout Ticket Fields', the Due_Date is 'not required', Permissions = Owners Only - Visible to users. 

However, when a new ticket is created and submitted, owners cannot manually put the due date in and the "NONE" radial button remains selected.

Any ideas? Version  6.4

We are using version 6.4.120261 on our K1000 and we do not have any issue in setting the Due Date, we can see the SLA preferred date and can override it by selecting a manual date, I have tried both visible and Hidden from User options with the same result. Even disabling SLA's for the queues does not effect the functionality which would suggest you have a bit of a bug which I recommend you log with support.
