How do you get an attachment within a KACE Service Desk Process to flow (or attach) to each of the cooresponding Tickets for the Queues within that given Process.
We have a new KACE Service Desk Process in place for bringing onboard a new employee. In the Process we have many steps that the various departments work Tickets within their respective Queues. When we start the Process for a given new employee we attach a document (pdf) that the hiring manager fills out. This .pdf has all the specifics to what is needed to have this new employee come aboard. I want this attachment to flow thru from the Process to all the tickets within that givin Process. I am looking for some kind of ticket rule to carry out this task.
