How can i map a Home folder for each users when the user name doesn't match the homefolder?

eg: i want to map the homefolder for John Brown username: jbrown but the homefolder is located on a another server name johnb.

Are you mapping through AD? You can make the share path whatever you want it to be in AD for their home directory. Granted that under normal circumstances you'd just want to do \\server\share\%username% but due to your specific circumstance you could just do \\server\share\johnb and it would map the drive to that specific AD user.

@soloman007 this is a second homefolder for user located on another server, the second home drive has a different naming convention. Is there a way i could use a powershell script to map the AD username to homefolder?
