Hey there,

I am wondering if it is possible to increase the initial size of the custom boxes in K1000? I see in the queue configuration under the ticket list layout there is a "width" option, but that setting does not seem to affect the actual size of the custom box when creating a ticket.

I have tried to use different "field types" to see what works best, and it seems the "Notes" field type is the best at creating a comments like box, but unfortunately I am being requested to increase the initial size of those boxes. I posted a screenshot below of what I am talking about.

They would preferably like to have each box be wide enough to occupy its own row essentially.

Any ideas??

There isn't a way to do this through the GUI but professional services can probably accomplish it for a fee.
