How are your HR Departments using KACE?
We are thinking of setting up an HR Queue for our HR department. As of now, they need it for one particular task/process. We are also in the process of researching other things the HR dept. could use their own queue for. Does anyone have any suggestions or insight on how your HR dept. is using their own queue in KACE?

Processes for employee new hire and employee terminations. Queue for employee HR requests, paperwork processing for issues such as time-off, FMLA, disability, etc.
Queues can also be created for other deptartments like Security(badge requests), Facilities requests, Payroll (check issues, hour corrections, etc).
