Do you have the MSI or EXE installer? I would recommend to get the MSI installer.
Either download it from here: https://support.quest.com/Download/InstallDetail.aspx?fID=4192539&product=Toad%20for%20Oracle
(You need a sign-in to download the MSI installer)
Or extract the MSI(s) from the EXE with the /extract switch.
Have a look in this pdf for more information: http://us-downloads.quest.com/Repository/support.quest.com/Toad%20for%20Oracle/10.6/Documentation/ToadforOracleEditions_Silent_Installation_Guide.pdf
Toad For Oracle 11.5.1 Commercial already has msi.. Why are you again capturing it and creating msi?
Have you gone through this pdfs
You can extract msi and install it silently... Have you tried this?
At a guess, I'd say that you're deploying it per-user instead of per-machine, with the option to only install when a user is logged in. Consequently, SCCM is attempting to install the package with user-level rights, not administrator-level rights.

Why can't you directly call the msi instead of running msi through wrapper? - jagadeish 11 years ago
